Metal Building Installers and Field Foreman – CLOSES ON 03/10/2023

We are seeking workers to become an integral part of our growing team! We’re looking for metal building installers from entry-level to field foreman. Qualified candidates will have prior metal building construction experience or equivalent field construction experience. Starting wage for entry level is $18/hr, experienced installers $22/hr and foreman up to $35/hr.

Qualifications:
• Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• Attentive to detail and alert always to ensure safety
• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
• Prior experience with safe operation of various vehicles, hand tools, and power equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload, stand, bend, climb and lift up to 75lbs
• Applicants for foreman positions must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company truck provided)
• Applicants for foreman must pass a skills test, be able to manage and train employees and must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Prior experience in a construction trade/position preferred
• Prior experience with running heavy equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, and telehandlers
• Adaptable and have ability to learn new skills
• Must be able to read measurements, blueprint drawings, and construction plans
• Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
• Must have valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with manufacture and fabrication of finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and building components
• Must be self-motivated and have ability to follow instruction and take initiative to drive production needs
• Follow instructions and training to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Be Safety Minded and MUST be able to safely work at heights
• Able to work in inclement weather
• Able to physically maneuver heavy material
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials
• Maintain clean work area and follow customer procedures
• Other duties as required

MIG Welders – CLOSES ON 03/10/2023

We are seeking experienced welders to become an integral part of our growing team! Qualified candidates will have prior experience welding in a commercial environment with MIG welders. The starting wage for entry level welders is $18/hr and experienced welders may qualify for up to $23/hr to start depending upon prior work history and experience.

Qualifications:
• Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• Attentive to detail and alert always to ensure safety
• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
• Prior experience with safe operation of various vehicles, hand tools, and power equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload, stand, bend, climb and lift up to 75lbs
• Setting up and operating welding equipment to weld and assemble truck bodies, hoists and fabricated
• Applicants for foreman must pass a skills test, be able to manage and train employees and must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Prior experience as a welder in a commercial setting preferred
• Prior experience with running heavy equipment such as forklifts
• Must be able/willing to support field metal building installation work or complete other duties as required
• Adaptable and have ability to learn new skills
• Must be able to read measurements, blueprint drawings, and construction plans
• Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
• Ability to determine and make welding equipment adjustments as needed, read instructions, blueprints, and measuring devices
• Must work at a reasonable pace and within our quality standards to insure timely completion of tasks and must work overtime as required to meet customer needs
• Ability to stand and work in various positions for several hours at a time.
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must be able to demonstrate welding ability and have basic tools
